I just sent an out-of-warranty Solar Spypoint Trail Camera in for a replacement lens - my fault entirely that it was broken. At the same time I asked the team to do a general inspection as there were other issues. After no more than a week after they received it, the lens was replaced, as was the defunct internal battery all at no cost as a gesture of goodwill. Outstanding!! Proper, good old-fashioned, British service. A shout-out to the people I dealt with: Paul French, Oscar and Jo. Thank you so much.

I sent them a repair. They ordered parts from a supplier, which they then quality-checked but were dissatisfied with so asked for a new part. The repair was a little delayed and therefore, they waived all of their charges. This is a perfect example of what British business should be - put the customer first to win loyalty. Anything in the optics world I need in the future will go through them.
