Within a few minutes everything went smoothly and on time. Boarding at Arrecife was much improved with far less queueing ad waiting.

Flight itself excellent.
BUT the system of holding passengers for 15-20 mins after flight check in waiting for a bus is unacceptable - as is the excessive walk from the plane to the passport control.
We are fit 80+ yr olds not needing assistance but this waiting around with hand baggage needs to be sorted with Faro and EMA to match the quality of the flight. It makes us think is it worth it for the holiday!

Onboard, jet 2 always make you feel special. Pre-boarding the experience is as good as it can be given the airport.

Good flight times and excellent friendly cabin crew. Will not be so happy with Summer flight times - Ryanair seem to acquired better flight schedule and cheaper flights. Going to be a bit of a dilemma in future as we do not like Ryanair! At the moment Jet2 is pretty good apart from Summer price hikes.
