We were sat on the tarmac at the air port in Fuerteventura returning to Leeds for 1 and a half hours whilst the baggage handlers looked for an extra case that was not found because it turned out that there never was an extra case someone just couldn’t count we were very hot and not given a drink of water I don’t blame the staff though I am angry that they were turfed off our plane back to Leeds and put on a smaller Manchester plane which was late arriving and I am sure this was the cause of the confusion and the delay why did we had. to switch planes ? The person who made the decision is responsible for the mess.
