great airline flight times was good, price was good, most of all hand baggage is still allowed on a 10kg bag i would use jet2 above any other low cost airline.

Fab. Wouldn’t deal with anyone else other than jet 2. Ryanair are a total rip off, rude staff, jet 2 staff are always happy smiley.

"Food Poisoned, no support from Jet2"

Jet2 we're great at the airports, friendly helpful staff. However I received food poisoning from the Hotel, which meant I spent our entire holiday in bed with severe dehydration, sickness and Diarheoa.

The hotel tried to tell me I had a bug (although it was undercooked food which I notices after biting into uncooked bacon). There was no support from Jet2 and since returning I've been told that as I didn't pay out of pocket to go and get pathogen tests done whilst on holiday, I will receive no compensation.

This was supposedly a 4* hotel. If you don't want to risk your entire holiday being ruined by poor food sanitation at the hotel and no support from Jet2, I suggest you book somewhere else.
