Jet 2 have been easy to use when booking your flight. Customer care is important to them. Due to health problems I have had to use airport assistance which has been first class.
The people who have attended to me have been kind and caring and helpful at both ends of my journey.

First flight with Jet2 and impressed. Fly regularly and was pleasantly surprised at the attentive ‘people-based’ service and not left standing at machines wondering what to do, as is case with many airlines!

Never had such unhelpful customer service team. Paid extra for better flights on my holiday and then (convieniently) after I pay in full change my flight time to the worse ones, essentially losing a whole day of our holiday and offer nothing to compensate this. I genuinely believe this was always in the plan. To charge more for better flights that didn't exist and keep the extra cash that was charged. All a big money making con and I will be cancelling our holiday as with this poor service I'll never use Jet2 for my holidays. 8k spent on your hard earned cash to scammers.

Also lied to me claiming there were no manchester flights however was able to prove them wrong on their website. Now ignoring response to me now they've been caught out
