Great podpoint installation at my home.
Installed was very knowledgeable and explained the process, how long it would take, as well as minimising electricity down time to fit around my working from home calls.
The installation was clean and looks tidy, with no mess left behind

"Superb service"

Two lads called today to install my ev charger.
Absolutely a pleasure to have in my home very polite and friendly. Got the job done in great time explained everything they were doing and talked me through everything . Absolutely great guys .hovered everywhere and left it cleaner then it was when they arrived .
Personally I think these lads are a credit to the company. Thanks guys safe journey back .

"Ben fitted our pod point ev charger…"

Ben fitted our pod point ev charger this morning. Extremely efficient and very knowledgeable. He walked me through whole installation to ensure we were happy with where to place cabling and charger. Explained everything in detail about cabling type and ensured we tested and used the charger before leaving. Work was neat and tidy. Extremely impressed with Ben and would definitely recommend.

Both Sam and Fraser were very polite and professional. They advised me to place the charger on the side of the garage which is much better that at the side of the house where I was suggesting. A credit to the company.

"Some issues"

Poor. Initial install of just a cable over 2 weeks ago was fine, the fitters were very polite and tidy after cancellation due to sickness(understandable current climate), but then I’ve heard nothing back for the installation of the pod point itself!.
So from the date given for the first install 19th Aug until now 13th Sept it’s nearly a month. I’ve emailed Kimberly on numerous occasions and heard nothing back, called and couldn’t get through to anyone, Finally spoke to someone on 9th Sept hopefully I’ll get a response back as I’m concerned that my EV car will arrive and I won’t be able to charge it.
I understand that it’s a difficult time for everyone but some basic communication between yourself and the customer isn’t to much to ask.
I can see some Good reviews from customers so I’m surprised why mine has been stalled, hopefully we can sort it out and I can update the review with more positive news. Thanks

[update]Hi I’ve received a reply now and a date for the 21st, fingers crossed and I’ll update the review once the install has been completed. Thank you Kimberly
(4/10/21 pod point now installed and working , but not until the looped service was disconnected first. I wish the looped service was spotted when the pre survey/cable install was first done, this would have saved a lot of time and stress. Luckily my provider moved quickly and rectified the loop, otherwise I could have been waiting for up to a year for them to complete, which would have meant being stuck at 3kwh charging capacity instead of 7kwh.
