When it came to installation there was more work that needed to be done than originally planned. The team even stayed late to get the install all done in one day.

We had a EV Charger fitted in October 2022, the installation was completed professionally & promptly on time. The cable management was Excellent

We also had a Solar PV & Battery Storage system fitted the same time. Again the installation was completed professionally & promptly on time. The cable management was Excellent & neat.
Paper support work (certs)
The Cert process is a long process, which I was not prepared for and is a frustrating process. But the MCS & DNO are required and was completed in the end.

It is a times like this you are glad to have chosen a Excellent company like EV-Wales.

EV Wales provided a new charger for my property. Really appreciated the non-pushy attitude when providing the quote, just clear explanation of what it covered and then left with me to decide.
I went back to EV to confirm I'd like to proceed and again had clear communication from the team, the installation date booked in, and an expected time for the engineer to attend.

On the day, had a call from the engineer to advise how long he'd be. Before starting work, we discussed the final location for the charger and what he would be doing as part of the installation. The installation was completed efficiently with as little disruption as possible and once complete and connected to my WiFi was shown the accompanying app and the basic functions.
