Really happy with the service from EV Wales from the very beginning, Kimberly explained over email and the phone when the guys will complete the work. The installation team (Sam and Shaun) which are quite a distant from Wales to my house were very professional and did a great job with the cable layout . Wouldn't hesitate to recommend EV Wales to anyone.

Really happy with the service from EV Wales, from the initial contact, through to order and scheduling the job. The installation team turned up on time, Mike, Sam, Lewis and Shaun were friendly, professional, neat and tidy. They took time to explain the installation and the charger. My only issue is our wi-fi which isn't great outside but I can do something about that. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend EV Wales to anyone.

Excellent customer service throughout the whole process, but outstanding service from the fitters, Sam and Connor. They were polite and courteous, explained everything they were doing as they went along, showed me how everything worked and tidied up completely after themselves. Could not fault them & would definitely recommend.
