Shaun installed our PodPoint chargers today. He did a superb job, with the minimum visual impact and very neat and tidy work. He went through everything I needed to know and was extremely helpful.

"MyZappi installation"

Shaun fitted out myzappi ev charging point today. The installation went like clock work. Shaun made sure the routing of the cables and installation made the least amount of visible intrusion / mess inside the house and the job was completed fast with the area being sealed and cleaned after. Shaun then covered all safety procedures and went through all the documentation. I would highly recommend EV-Wales and Shaun.

Shaun and his colleague arrived on the appointed day to install our PodPoint charger. Install was carried out in good time and efficiently. Clean and tidy work.

Mike and Sam have done a really nice job installing a Zappi for me today. I’m a commercial electrician so know what to look for and thoroughly recommend these guys!! Good job all round by the EV Wales team!!

"Excellent service from start to finish"

Excellent service from start to finish. As we lived local to the business we went for a chat with the Director of the company (Nick) and discussed different chargers. I was sent a link to carry out a home survey which was completed with ease by sending photos via my smart phone. Appointment was made, and the engineers did some initial fitting but unfortunately were out of stock of the HYPERVOLT charger. I was informed that they would return within a week to finish off when they had further stock, which they promptly did. Great service from Admin team, Joanna and Kimberley, engineers and Shaun and his colleague. Would highly recommend.

Just had an installation and to my shock and horror I had absolutely nothing to complain about, it went quickly neatly quietly ish, and both the guys Louis and Mike were top professional guys at their jobs....holes drilled cable neatly clipped EV box on my drive wall looks amazing and they cleaned up after them.
They are an asset to the company they work for, great team smiles all around, top job lads well done, highly recommend you.
