Excellent service from EV Wales. I was referred to them by my local Kia dealership - so glad they did. Really swift helpful advice from Nick and very clear, supportive information from Kimberley. Within a week of receiving the reasonable quote, my new EV charger was installed. Shaun and Dan undertook the installation. They arrived promptly having first telephoned to give me a 20 minute warning that they were on their way. Both Shaun and Dan were really helpful, very respectful of our home, very clean, tidy, neat workers. Shaun listened to my concerns on where the charger should be sited, and was reassuring throughout. Great care was taken to ensure the cable was installed in an unobtrusive manner and the cable trunking really does blend in with the room decor. Installation took around the 3 hour mark. Once installation was complete they explained everything fully. Very pleased with such excellent service and care. All that is left to do is wait for Kia to deliver our new electric car.

Had a Zappi charger and hub installed. Price was good and service even better. Drilling through stone wall wasn't easy and space was tight but Sean did as I asked to give a very tidy installation rather than take the easy messier option.
Initial hub didn't work but came back with a replacement the following week. Couldn't ask for more.
