On telephoning your company the call was answered by a very helpful assistant . Our concerns that the adviser we had was no longer with the company were soon dismissed by the assistant who then went on to arrange our yearly meeting with Teams. This was the first time such an arrrangement had been made for us and details were explained fully by the assistant. We must say she was helpful, polite and guided us through what, to us, was a potential distressing experience.

All my questions have been dealt with promptly and with courtesy .
