The ordering and delivery was fine, however the product description online and the delivery note did not match what was sent
I.e. the balls of wool were marketed as 4oz but when they arrived they were 3oz which means if you are planning a project, the quantities will be wrong. Spoke to them and they apologised and said they would send me another ball of each colour and amend website and delivery notes for future

My order hasn't arrived at all, I emailed Readicut first thing Monday morning but have still heard nothing back, now this is the first time I've had any issues shopping here but i do feel a little neglected considering i do shop here as and when I can, depending on the money i have spare
Anyway I'm just a little disappointed

"Placed an order that never arrived"

Placed an order that never arrived, order has supposedly been resent but hasn’t arrived. Needed for a demonstration this weekend. Have had to go to hobby craft which is where I should of gone in the first place.
The customer service is awful they promise to ring you or email then don’t.
It took a week to get resent then despite being assured you would get it here by the weekend it wasn’t sent till Friday nearly a week later.
Will not share tracking and just get fobbed off when you get in contact.
I rang every day for a week before order was supposedly resent, I was promised a call back each time but never received one, also told I would receive tracking info by email but never received that either.
Still have not received my items.
