Was a it wary to order after reading some of the reviews.
But ordered Tues night..had order confirmation email straight away. Then next day a despatched email.
Order received on Thursday! Well packaged..good communication and lovely quality. Will definitely use again

"DONT waste your money"
Don't waste your money. Ordered yarn. The company couldn't meet the order and indicated on invoice refund to be sent and yes that's right no refund. Radio silence on Facebook after finding out they owed me money.

I was nervous having read such a mix of reviews, but had no need to be. I placed a sizeable order with them, as they had exactly what I was looking for at an unbeatable price. I’m really pleased to say that my experience was excellent; I placed the order (which qualified for free shipping), and the items arrived two days later. I’ll happily be a return customer, and can recommend Readicut.

"Far too happy with readicut."
Despite all the terrible reviews I decided to place an order. That was an absolutely fantastic choice. The sale prices were too good to turn down. I ordered last Wednesday and at 10am today (monday) it got delivered. My yarn was packaged perfectly and its so beautiful. Thank you so much readicut for a great transaction. I will be back with another order again in a few days. Please Ignore all the bad reviews, this place is great.

"I so wish I had read the reviews"
I so wish I had read the reviews, placed an order on the 8th March and rang 7 days later to ask if I should have received confirmation of despatch. I was told my order should have been with me by now they will inform the warehouse to despatch that day. Rang 2 days later to be told it missed the despatch but will definitely go next day. Had to ring again to be told it was despatched that day I would receive notification same day at 4pm. Still waiting… also they ignore emails. What can I say …….
Update I rang again and spoke with someone really helpful who confirmed part of my order had sold out. Placed a further order and all received as promised. Happy with my next purchases.

"Poor quality. Go elsewhere."
I saw the reviews about poor customer service but I didnt have problems with that. I am incredibly disappointed at the quality of the latch hook kit I received. I thought buying Readicut would guarantee worth having used them in the long ago past. How wrong could I be and how things have changed. The kit was expensive and certainly not worth the money. I could get better for half the price on Amazon or Ebay.

"Atrocious Customer Service"
Have recently placed two orders with this company for yarn - the first order was delivered a few days later, fast service. The second order took an unacceptable 4 weeks to be delivered. I emailed to chase after the first week and received no reply. So I phoned and the lady apologised and said they were in the middle of a warehouse move and my yarn was in stock and she would send a message to the warehouse team to chase it. A week later still not received it so rang again. Was told same thing again and they'd send a message to the warehouse team. Another week later (3 weeks since placing order) still nothing so sent another email. This time someone called Bruce replied a few days later apologising and yet again saying that they're having a warehouse move and he'd send another message. Almost 4 weeks to the day that I ordered the yarn I finally received the order. Absolutely unacceptable customer service, they obviously don't care about their customers. I will not be ordering from them again and WOULD NOT RECOMMEND you purchase anything from them unless you're happy to wait weeks. As I see from previous reviews, I'm not the first and probably won't be the last to receive their atrocious customer service.

"Think twice..."
Order took ages to arrive and when it did they had sent the wrong item for one of them, I have sent emails and have got no response. I see on their website that they state the customer is responsible for paying to return anything. Don't see why I should when they sent me the wrong item and as they have not bothered to reply to me it looks like I will never get what I did order. Like someone else I should have read the reviews first before committing to purchase so I hope my review will help others to make an informed decision.

"Happy with my service"
I made a large order before reading these reviews so was somewhat dismayed to see such a low rating.
However, I made my order late night on the 17/02 and was more than happy to receive it today 19/02.
