"Dont waste your time with this company"

I would give this company 0 stars if I could. I ordered my rug making kit on 15th Nov. The website said there was a wait of up to 4 weeks for this delivery. Nithing recieved after 4 weeks so I telephoned them. I was told someone would phone me back but they didnt. I phoned the following week and was told that they were expecting a delivery in the next week and that once recieved (from France) there would be a next day delivery to me. Nothing recieved so phoned again the following week to be told the same. I have been telephoning every week to find out when my rug would arrive and everytime I am told it is expected in the next weeks delivery. It is over 11 weeks since I ordered this and I have now given up and cancelled my order. I would not recommend this company to anyone, their customer service is lousy and I fail to understand how they have managed to continue trading. I hve never had to wait this long for anything.

"Dont buy from this company"

I've given 1 star as its the only way to review. Don't use this company. Placed a order on the 11th of December. Today is the 4th of January and still not arrived. I have rang twice and emailed and been told they will get it out to me. But no response to my email. Rang again today told it was out of stock. Asked for refund told it will take a couple of days but we will see.

"I tried to order 2 looms for my Mom for…"

I tried to order 2 looms for my Mom for Christmas from them online but wasn’t having much luck so I phoned them and they took my order over the phone, and my money!!! I was told I would receive them in a couple of days, that was last Friday. I phoned today to see where my order was and I was told it hadn’t left yet but would be with me tomorrow. I then get a phone call to tell me that they are out of stock even though it still says in stock on their website. I asked for a refund straightaway so I could go elsewhere but was told it would be a couple of days so I said I want it straightaway as they didn't have to wait a couple of days for the money from me. I was told that they would speak to the accountant and phone me back but, as I expected, no phone call. What a waste of time this company is. I wish I had read the reviews first as I would never have used this company. They obviously do not need the business or they would get their act together after all of these bad reviews. I will never use them again and my Mom uses them regularly but I will tell her to go elsewhere. How incompetent are these people that do not know their own stock levels. In the current climate most businesses are falling over themselves to please their customers but clearly this company is an exception to the rule!!!!

"Honest review not on website"

I bought 2 crochet kits from them. The first one, a Panda, was fine. The second one, a Hippo, was the problem I ran out of stuffing (but I always have some at home) and I ran out of the main shade of yarn. I ordered the wool because I wanted to finish the toy. When I wrote a review on their website a about the problems they didn't put it up. So I'm not impressed.

"I ordered a book from them online that…"

I ordered a book from them online that never arrived. After a week had passed with not communication from them I phoned Readicut to see if there was a problem with my order and they said everything was fine and the book will be sent. After waiting 10 days for the book I phoned them again and I was told the book was not in stock. I am now waiting for a refund from them. Terrible service!

1 star is too much!!!
Please do not order from this company! Wish I'd seen the reviews before ordering. Ordered a ball of wool which cost £14. Hear absolutely nothing for weeks, no response to Facebook messages despite them having 'seen' the message. Now I've received an email from them in my junk folder saying (surprise surprise) there's no stock of the item I ordered. Absolutely disgusting! Why are they doing this!? Selling stuff they don't have, taking peoples money and now I'm having to contact PayPal for a refund as there's no chance in hell I'm waiting another 3 weeks for a response. They need shutting down the scammers!!!!!!!

"Very poor service and communication"

Very poor service and communication. I am wondering if this company is soon to cease trading. Have not received my order and trying to get any assistance from the customer service is impossible.

"Never again. Expected better from this company!"

I expected as this is a well known company that my experience with them would be good but, no!
I wanted to order items from their sale but when I placed them in my basket they were still coming up as full price, so beware! I asked customer service to rectify this, which they said they had done. But when I went to place the order they were still coming up full price. They did eventually sort this. But, on receiving my order 2 of the items were missing, out of stock. I checked the website and they were still saying that they were available! One of the items had even over doubled in price! So, you have to check every price as you put it in your basked and then you can't guarantee getting the goods! Will never use them again.

"Rubbish Don't Use"

I ordered a book on 02/10/19 and paid immediately with PayPal, on 11/10/19 got an email saying book out of stock payment to be refunded.
As I was unable to contact Readicut I put in a non received claim to PayPal for a refund, I defiantly wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.

"Poor choice of courier, ordering experience needs better design"

Most of the issues with my experience were caused by their choice of Yodel as the courier. Their customer service is okay insofar as they respond relatively promptly and do attempt to help, but they need to give tracking details in the shipping notification, or at least provide them on request.
