When they care about taking care of you, that's when you know you have a great person. Dana is a rockstar and made everything smooth and easy! She was even able to translate communication with another entity we had on the phone! ;) Can't beat that!!

"75% of funds still not transferred after 5-months"
It’s been over 5-months and 75% of my funds still haven’t been transferred yet. Disclaimer: I had many, many brokerages to transfer over. Every timeline I’m given has been missed and my latest follow up has been ignored. Horizon already charged me their fees despite the fact that it’s almost been half a year and I still don’t have the majority of my funds in my account yet. I’m really not even confident my transfer is still being looked at at this point.
