I spoke to Taddie today about 2 forms I was having difficulty filling out. She walked me through line by line on both forms. Words can not express how PATIENT, knowledgeable and professional she was! During our phone conversation, while filling out one of the forms, we were cut off. Taddie called ME back immediately! What customer service representative does that???!!!!
