Fine vare dog holder leveringstiden ikke 14 dage forsinket forsøgte at kontakte dem ang. Levering fik dog kun den besked at pga. Travlhed og sygdom ville min order blive ekspederet hurtigst mulig dette er bare ikke godt nok

They may offer great products, but don't expect to get descent customer care. Email responsetime is well over 1 day(nice if you want to give your customer an answer or in case of faulty hardware) and when you call for help you get told off.
As a VAG dealership you actually get told that "if you don't know what you are doing, ask a specialist"....Nope...great products, but sad customer care.

Wir haben einen Sound Booster für einen Jaguar XJ6 2.7D Portfolio Bj. 2009 bei uns in der Werkstatt eingebaut. Der Support war absolut reibungslos. Die Software ist per Fernwartung seitens Kufatec innerhalb von 30 Minuten aufgespielt worden, sodass das System insgesamt nach 4 Stunden eingebaut war.

Habe schon zum wiederholten Male Kabelbäume für Kfz-Nachrüstungen (für abblendbare Spiegel & Nachrüstung einer Original-Anhängerkupplung) gekauft.
Die Kabelbäume sind hochwertig - wie die Originalen - hergestellt mit passenden Originalsteckern.
In den Anleitungen ist detailiiert mit vielen Fotos beschrieben wie ich wo welche Verkleidung am Kfz entferne und die Kabelbäume verlege und anschließe.
Beim Kabelsatz für die Anhängerkupplung (für Passat B8) war sogar eine Programmieranleitung für die Steuergeräte dabei!
Für mich als Hobbybastler perfekt ...

Über den Kundendienst kann ich nichts sagen, da ich ihn aufgrund der schnellen Zustellung und der ausführlichen Anleitungen bisher nicht benötigte.

Der Hammer . Toller Kontakt,super schnelle Lieferung, klasse detaillerte Einbauanleitung.Nix Bohren,nix Schweissen,alles gut konfiguriert. Der Zeitaufwand ca 4 Stunden. Und ...... und ein Hammer Sound.

Kufatec was kind to help translate the German manual to a English version upon my query in Facebook. After-sales support was great-excellent. The product I purchased is working well as advertised. After 5 years this organisation tries to contact me via Trustpilot. @Kufatec; check out ticket#2016042510001147.
I am still waiting for an answer on my e-mail from 10 May 2016 20:28.

I do not recommend this organization to family and friends.

You learn this organization Kufatec very well when you have problems. I have requested a manual of the Fiscon Plus product and which code you need to configure a FISCON Plus for Volkswagen Scirocco.
Despite the fact that they are the manufacturer (!!!), they can not give me this code nor the manual.

The correspondence was laborious because they did not respond my question and responded to questions i did not asked. And finally they responded with "In this case we can not help, sorry.".
