Communications with this company is amazing and kept well informed every step of the way . On the day the team worked with the electrician to get up and running in just a couple of hours and Ash went through the chemicals and aftercare . Buying a hot tub is a bit like buying a car and you want to get it from a good 'dealership'. Brooke, Ben and the MySpa team were so helpful in helping me decide which hot tub would be right for me and my family. They have excellent 5-star service, they are always available to answer questions and help. The set-up they have is great as they have a wide range of tubs for different wants and budgets and it was great to be able to try these out on a wet test and discuss the pros and cons as it can be a tricky decision. I have not seen this many tubs available to test anywhere else. So if you're looking definitely book in to see them.

Super friendly service from the whole team at MySpa. In December 2021 we had our Sundance Spa installed and were so happy it was an easy decision to order a Covana top for it, which was installed in last week April 2022. Top engineers installed the system and were only too happy to help in every way. An easy 5* to review company.
