"Exceptional 5 star service…"

Just had my first service & thorough clean by Ash from the MySpa team.
Ash arrived early, after travelling a fair distance & worked really hard. He also demonstrated exceptional service from start to finish; showing great care & dedication. He obviously must love his job! Thank you also for your time answering my many questions.
The full service is expensive, but definitely 5 stars!

"Heat Pump Install"

With the increase in energy costs we decided to have a Heat Pump fitted by My Spa. It was a new thing for them and whilst there were some teething troubles Dave sorted them within a couple of weeks.

The 12Kw unit is great when the temperature is above 5 degrees C. Above 10 it takes 2-3 hours to keep it to temperature. Below 0 degrees it does struggle but we were told it is about 1:1 energy in to out at these temperatures, so no surprise here.

Dave set it up so it only heats during the day, which is great because the solar panels we have provide all the energy needed (when the sun shines!). I recon it will saves us 60% of the energy we used. Great piece of advice to install, and very responsive in the process.

"Very happy customer"

I would definitely recommend MySpa for their professional sales team, without obligation to buy. Their brilliant communication and after sales responce and follow up. Excellent product information and demonstration skills. Also their team of installation experts and after sales back-up, which are more than willing to help giving comprehensive advice and helpful instruction.
I am very happy and contented with my new Spa and anticipate may happy years of service with the confidence that there is a team of experts at the end of the telephone, offering help and assistance if required.

"MYSPA Service above and beyond"

MYSPA Cathy...... What can I say?!!

You are so thorough when you empty our hot tub and clean it thoroughly inside and out every three months but today you went beyond the call of duty to return and fit a filter cover for us.
This service is exceptional and we are very grateful for the care and dedication you give on every visit.

"Aftercare and Product Quality below par"

It really is unfortunate that I have to write a not so good review about MySpa, as I do believe the people are great and they did not intentionally mean to provide me with a bad service, but the overall experience I have had has been disappointing and left me frustrated.

Bottom Line:
I was misquoted for the crane lift which was fully controlled and organised by MySpa. MySpa will not reimburse the additional costs that I had to pay, and so I am out of pocket funding which I did not budget for.
The overall quality of the hot tub does not reflect the price paid. It feels cheap and plasticky in parts and developed numerous faults and issues which I had to report 4 times before receiving an acknowledgment. It has taken MySpa nearly a year to rectify these issues. The after care in this case is unacceptable.

Initially things looked good and we booked a wet test where the sales advisor answered all our questions, and so with that we proceeded to order (Oct) the Wellness Spree on the proviso that it was delivered before Xmas, which was agreed. Trying to finalise a delivery date proved a little difficult with some back and forth, particularly with the crane company (which MySpa were arranging on our behalf) and some confusion from MySpa as to whether we needed a crane or not. None the less they did deliver a week before Xmas, and I have to say the installation team were on time and professional.

To our surprise the invoice for the crane hire had been 20% higher than what MySpa had quoted, even though we had confirmed the price with them several times we were not made aware that this was exVAT, bearing in mind MySpa has arranged everything with the crane company so the only dialogue we had was through them and we believed this was a firm, fixed price. We raised the issue with them at the time and received no response.

After a few initial uses I noticed some faults with the hot-tub. The badge fell off after 2 weeks, one of the speakers would not close correctly, and the general feel was cheap and plasticly. I attempted to report these through the online reporting messaging system on the MySpa website. After 2 attempts with no response I raised the issues with the sales team who said they would pass it on to the after sales team. 2 weeks later and I still had not heard anything so I contacted the sales team yet again, adding a few more issue’s onto the list. Eventually I had a call and a follow on e-mail from the after care team who said they would resolve the issues as soon as possible. 10 months later I was still stuck with the same initial issues with no contact from them whatsoever. I contacted the team to see what was happening, again with no response. With little options remaining I raised a formal complaint, and to be fair to the team they responded well, deploying almost immediately to rectify the issues, and I have to say the technicians were spot on.
As not all my of my complaint issues were responded to, I followed up a few weeks later, where I was asked to receive a phone call to try to resolve my concerns.
Unfortunately a satisfactory resolution could not be reached and I feel that my overall experience has been disappointing. The overall quality of the product does not represent the cost, so I feel it is not value for money, and I have been ignored on numerous occasions. It has also taken nearly 1 year to rectify the faults with the hot-tub, and I have not been reimbursed the additional cost for the crane.

I have been left extremely disappointed with the service provided by MySpa to the point where I do not want to buy products from them. I wouldn’t recommend them nor would I choose to buy from them again.
