Ordered a necklace with package. The necklace didn’t arrive and when I requested a new one, they indicated it is on back order.

I have now ordered 5 Star Names over the last 8 years, every once in awhile I make a mistake, with spelling of names, like spelling with e and not y. Customer service has been very helpful in getting everything good to go. This time I forgot to get the frame, everybody was right on and we got the frame ordered .
