I only ordered one received two. I cannot afford two. I have called several times can’t leave a message. I emailed several times no one has called me so we can get this matter taken care of.

Nothing went right, which is the issue. I ordered the gift 5 days ago now and paid for 2 day air with no gift in hand. In fact, it was late and I was unable to give the gift on her birthday. The customer service line is a joke as no one ever answers and you get the same recording each time- although you say you're 24 hours.
