The actual problem was solved in 2 minutes with the application of little silicon grease. While he was there, he checked the system which had had an annual check-up from you a few months ago. Nothing to report.

I'm not carping about the cost but before coming, you might have suggested my doing this myself. Nevertheless - I will still look to you to service my boiler.
