Seems like a good company, friendly, helpful when I had to email them. Only "issue" is they used Evri, wow they're awful. But they did at least turned up (at 7.55pm... deliveries are available till 8pm, and I'd been notified of it being due that day from 1pm). But it turned up, as ordered. Phew!

I've stopped using this company, I have Asthma and even though it was DHL's fault, I spoke to a lady at vetshop about it, putting it bluntly, she didn't care less.

When will companies realise we can go elsewhere and people will let others know how poor they are!.

This was 36 kilos to carry from a neighbours house and I was in!!!!!!!!

"Check your food for holes!"

Ordered 10kg dry food which arrived in a white bag. Looking at the parcel I knew it was either wrong or had been damaged as it was smaller than I was expecting.

I was right, a big strip of tape across the bag where a hole had be stabbed to release air and make it smaller which is quicker and easier to pack. I know all the tricks from working in a warehouse myself.

Lady on the phone was amazing. I told her straight away what I thought had happened and to check the cctv which she confirmed.

A new bag of food was sent and I requested it to be packed in a box and it arrived the next day! Absolutely amazing, however the box was all dirty and also arrived with holes in it. It looked like something they got out of the bin. Will not be using again.

If anything comes out of my review please look at your packers in the warehouse. Using sharp tools to damage food is completely out of order and unsafe! Forget about your dispatch target and put some care into people’s orders please!
