Paid for next day delivery but my order never arrived. Apparently Yodel lost my order (not a fan of Yodel at the best of times). However, to their credit, Vetshop issued a refund for delivery and dispatched my order well over a week later through another courier and this order arrived in good time with excellent communication from the Courier (not Yodel!).
