❌⛔️❗️ DO NOT USE ALP2ALP (please share) !!!

Beware! Do not use Alp2alp ski transfer !! This weekend we flew into Geneva for a last minute ski trip. We paid £690 for a private premium transfer for my birthday! Before we got out the airport our driver was arrested for not having the correct paperwork or rights to drive us!! We were dumped in the car park and told to find alternative transport! 😳

We didn’t even get a call from Alp2alp we had to chase for a replacement car. 2 hours later a van falling apart turned up in mid rush hour to take us! We had to listen to grinding brakes for 3 hours , fearing for our lives, with a driver who also drove us to a deserted industrial estate an hour into the drive to pick up his driving glasses up! 😳🙈

We contacted Alp2alp and asked to cancel our return trip and have a refund and they refused! Disgrace of a company! DO NOT USE!

An airport taxi driver said this is common for them!
