I was very pleased with the experience, where I booked a two way service from Geneva Airport. The driver was waiting on time at both transfers. The car was as expected and reserved. Could not have asked for more.

"Premium price, very poor service "

We booked their premium service and
the driver was not waiting for us at the airport arrivals. We had to call and then wait for almost 20 mins for the driver and WE had to find him. Very poor English, very difficult communication. Later he told us he wasn’t waiting for us to avoid paying parking.

No wifi, no water, no nothing on board.

Did not take the highway to avoid paying tolls and we ended up in multiple traffic jams adding 2h unnecessarily to our trip.

Avoid at all costs. Pick any other random transfer company. Can’t be worse than this one.

"Feeling of being taken care of "

What I liked the most was that both drivers were accessible by phone. They send a message via whatsup that they will be picking us up. This feeling that they are there to take care of you is very comforting. They were also good drivers. The only problem was that they were both late by about 15 minutes. If you are after improving your quality I believe this is what you should concentrate.
