"The order was supposed to ship out last…"

The order was supposed to ship out last week which was 3weeks I believe after I ordered it and now I’m being told it is being pushed out another 2 or 3 weeks.

Great rack.
We are not fitness gurus whatsoever. My husband doesn’t have much experience building things but our foldable rack came with clear, straightforward instructions that made it possible for us to put it together. I’m petite (5’0 ft) and I am able to use all its features with ease. We chose it because it’s space saver, we can still bring in both our cars into our garage. The leg extension attachment does just what it needs to. It can be a little bulky and heavy but setting it up is simple. For me, I do have to jump a little to sit on it but it’s not difficult. It may move a little but locked in properly you still get a nice good pull.

I’ve used the equipment almost everyday since January 11, 2025. It was straight forward assembly and everything fit perfectly. The only thing was having to wait for four different shipments to make it and the gift package was on a 30 day back order. Anyway, I’m very satisfied and would recommend to anyone.

It’s an amazing product! I did have some issues with some of the objects for the smith machine. In particular, some of arms that hold the weights on the back are broken. They still work to hold the weights, but they aren’t crisp and whole.

Very happy with my Major Fitness products so far. I use the rack just about every day for something. The ordering process was very easy with quick shipping and the assembly was easy to follow. I would recommend using actual tools rather than the ones provided, but not necessary more of a convenience.

The website was informative about the different options. I chose the B52 due to its weight capacity. I haven’t maxed or tested it but I hope it holds well when it’s time to hit a PR. Shipping was fast, received all boxes within a week.

Below are my complaints. The instructions were not clear, please use bigger font on the physical manual and this is the same for the screw and bolts packet. Another negative portion of assembly, parts were scattered throughout the 4 separate boxes received.

My last negative comment will be about the pulley system. B52 comes with plastic pulleys. They are stiff and difficult to use. Yes I understand we can upgrade to aluminum pulleys but why can’t this be a standard feature?
