I was able to put the rack together myself. It’s a perfect addition to my home gym set up. Cables are smooth! Cannot say enough about the quality of this product! Thank you.

"It’s okay"

It’s a good workout station, pretty much all the basics you need for the most part. Pulley system is sluggish. The platform itself could be a little taller. And the paint they use is super cheap and already peeling and flaking after a couple of weeks . And spending $2k I thought the paint would be better

"Not real happy"

Not real happy. Ordered the item. You sent the wrong part. I asked about sending it back. You waited over a week to respond. I went on vacation and suddenly my phone is blowing up multiple times daily asking about sending the part back. The vast majority of my gym is MF products - and I am beyond upset by the condescending tone and these daily emails. Great way to lose a customer who has tauted your products since you’ve been around.

"Customer support was Ridiculous"

Customer support was awful. 1 day after I ordered my B-52 in tan color with upgraded pulleys and plate stacks, MF released their “pro” edition with a bike thrown in for free. Pro comes standard with plate stacks and aluminum pulleys (like I ordered) plus thicker uprights and more pin holes. AND ITS CHEAPER. I called and emailed to see if I could change my order since mine hadn’t shipped. They said no. I said they can keep the extra money that I paid if I could get the bike and thicker uprights. Still no. Finally, after multiple other options I presented with resounding “no’s”, I asked “if I cancel my order, get my refund, and order the B-52 Pro, would that work” and they said yes but I would go to the back of the line and it would push my order out another 2 months on top of the month I was already going to have to wait. No concern for rationality or customer care which sucked. On the other note, product itself is pretty great. Got the B-52 and upgraded the pulleys and plate stacks. Only cons are 1. Smith machine bar doesn’t stow high enough for me to not smack my head. 2. Cable Attachments are cheap and don’t spin at hook point. 3. Bench could be wider for better back stability. End of the day: do better customer service.
