Missing a washer plus a broken one out of the package was difficult and rewpomse not uster centric. I gave up with this request.

Sent the wrong bench color so I had to pack it up and take it to UPS shipping when it should have been set up for the bench to be pick up by UPS

Great customer service, quick to respond and address any questions or issues. Would recommend working with Major Fitness as they have been excellent. Furthermore, the quality of the equipment is notable with great videos and instructions for assembly.

Very Satisfied with Our B-52! The Quality has Surpassed Our Expectations! The Delivery and Handling of the Unit was Impressive! We received everything as Expected except for the Stack Stickers. We reached out months later due to Our Gym not being ready. They were more than Happy to send out the missing Part Quickly. The Communication through email was Outstanding and Prompt. They earned a Customer for Life! Would Highly recommend MAJOR FITNESS!!! Superior Customer Service!
