The quality of the machine is great and it was easy to put together. It did take over 3 hours to assemble. I had an issue where our barbell box arrived empty and the box was severely damaged. We called customer service and emailed pictures of the damaged box and a replacement was sent the next day. Excellent customer service.

Part of the order was missing upon delivery. It was incredibly difficult working with the support staff to get them to send the rest of my order, they kept arguing that I had received the shipment even though I hadn't. For the price, the level of service I received was unacceptable.

"f22 rack"

I ordered an f22 rack, barbell, plates and accessories. Major fitness was fairly quick to get the order processed and shipped out. Everything showed up in a timely manner and was well packaged. Instructions were fairly straight forward. I did have to use their video to go back and check a few things. Otherwise it was fairly simple. So far after 2 months everything is holding up well

Great customer service. All 3 packages shipped quick. Easy to assemble. Been using it for 3 months now and it is good for what I need. My oldest boy is 10 and I can see him using the product soon too.

One of the plastic bases got cracked during shipment and they sent two replacement pieces out immediately.

Equipment came quickly. Was pretty easy to assemble. I feel overall design could be slightly improved. Pulley height needs to be taller. I can’t use a regular bench to sit for pull downs on the highest level - I had to modify to sit on something lower. Would be nice if both pulleys could be pulled together for things like pull down bar as it feels imbalanced using one side for things like that. Overall a solid machine and gives me more options for cable exercises.
