Customer service refused to replace the scratched weight plates until they were threatened.

My leg extension rack attachment arrived quickly and in great quality. My only wish is that the attachment secured to the rack with a second hitch pin to the perpendicular direction of the first one as the attachment wobbles slightly side to side. Not a big deal but just something I noticed
