"Awful customer service"

Awful customer service. It’s impossible to return an order and receive a refund. Their website says that if you want to return the order they will provide a shipping label. Please keep in mind that if you hear back from them they will tell you to ship a return to China and pay for it.

Amazing customer experience! I ordered seat covers and armrest covers which arrived and I love them. However I made a mistake in my order and only ordered 1 armrest. I didn't want to pay shipping again by ordering another one. So I emailed the company and they graciously shipped another arm rest to me for free!

These covers are great! I have a sectional couch, the cushions are attached so I was a little concerned that they would stay put. The fit is great. I have shampooed this couch so many times because of dogs that it was getting very worn. These make the couch look brand new. I also accidentally ordered 2 sets and they were great about the return. No hassles and they even paid for the shipping!

Love these, they look great and feel great. The chaise lounge cover is not long enough and the back pillow covers do not fit properly. It's not a huge issue but I do have to constantly readjust them.
