"Unprofessionell, schlechter Service"

Falsches Gerät geliefert, dafür höherer Preis , versucht Betrag 2 mal abzurechnen, keine Antwort auf Mail, auch nicht auf Brief, wenn das ein guter Service sein soll nur enttäuschend - Finger weg !!!

"FAULTY PRODUCTS AND TERRIBLE SERVICE"

I had a bad experience with Electrovid from start to finish.

When my parcel arrived, it was missing the EasyCap USB so I couldn't use it. Rang and asked for a new one which took nearly two weeks to arrive and was broken when it finally turned up! Rang and asked for another, taking another week to arrive. The machine was also incredibly dusty, I know it is second hand but the site promises it will be cleaned of all dust which it definitely wasn't.

The next problem was that the instruction manual did not match up at all to the software on the disk. The directions were for a different video software which made it really difficult to understand. I rang up to ask for some help and they couldn't offer me any advice on what to do? I had to google it and teach myself through a youtube video.

I finally figure out how to record my tapes, which work perfectly fine through my tv, and they don't work. The picture is jumpy with black and blue wavy lines across the screen, completely unwatachable.

I gave up and sent the kit back for a refund. I waited a week after my Royal Mail tracking marked the parcel as delivered, having had no confirmation that Electrovid had received it. They promised me a refund by "early next week", it arrives on Thursday night after another email investigating. All this took almost 2 months from the original order to the final refund. Do not recommend at all too much hassle and unprofessional service.

From the first moment that I contacted Electrovid, I experienced quick and helpful responses and a refreshingly positive approach to customer service.
I outlined specifically what I was seeking, and Ryan volunteered to look into what was available in stock. The precise model that I was seeking was not available, but he located and responded back to me with a very similar model being available. I opted to proceed with purchasing that item, and it was delivered promptly and extremely well packaged. I was very happy with the visible quality of the item, and once installed and tested, I am very happy with the operational quality - and based upon this, I am confident that it will (hopefully) provide many years of service.
Therefore, I am one very satisfied customer, and I would score my experience as 10 out of 10 - excellent. I would be happy to use Electrovid again, and have no hesitation in recommending them.

"Da ist viel schiefgelaufen aber sicherlich kein Betrug!!"

Die unterstehende Nachricht möchte ich gerne korregieren:
Durch eine falsche deutsche email adresse und ausbleibende Reaktion der Firma konnte erst durch das Einschalten der britischen Adresse alles geklärt werden. Das Geld wurde umgehend zurücküberwiesen, der Schriftverkehr war sehr freundlich, ich nehme meinen Verdacht gerne zurück und bedanke mich für die schnelle Erledigung.
Also für alle Kunden:Nutzen Sie die britische EMail adresse, wenn Sie Fragen haben.
(ACHTUNG:MÖGLICHERWEISE EINE BETRÜGERISCHE MASCHE.
Habe ein defektes Hitachi VCR erhalten, zurückgeschickt und seitdem nichts mehr gehört(4 Wochen)

"Samsung DVD/VHS Combo"

I ordered a black Samsung DVD/VHS Combo after Ryan had kindly provided me with photos of the unit available. On arrival it was as expected and both the DVD and VHS function correctly with the generic remote provided (batteries included).

Had a problem with initial VCR received after the 14 day cooling off period. I was immediately sent a replacement which I received 3 days later. Very impressed with the customer service and care I received.
