I got what I ordered, and got it in time.only one small flaw is that I selected round edges on the order but the edges wasn’t round. However, they cut the material to the exact size I needed.

Using the item as an edge on a snow pusher. The long edge was not cut straight so had to recut both long edges to straighten them. I took this to a wood shop which cost money and lost over a half inch in width of material

I have only received one of the two items that I ordered. I have sent two emails to customer support with not response, and you send me a customer survey?

Delays, Delays, Delays.

I ordered a single cut plastic sheet. Order confirmation said it would be processed and shipped within 48 hours -and I would get a tracking ID. I never received that. I contacted after a week and did not hear back.

I contacted again, asked for an update or a refund and was told "due to a networking error" they did not process my order, but it would be processed today and shipped out.

2 weeks later, still nothing. I contacted again, was ignored again. I followed up after nearly 30 days with a note that I was going to file a complaint with the BBB and share my experience via negative reviews.

I got the same response "due to a network error..." and was told my order would be processed and shipped. This was finally not a lie.

31 days to ship vs the 24-48 hours as advertised.

"Not exact size "

The piece I ordered was 1/2” thick, 30 x 36” and came about an 1/8” oversized both ways. I sent an email and got no response. I attempted to shave it down and ended up with an uneven edge because I was taking so little off. It was over $200.
