The measurements were wrong. I asked for 5 1/4 inch
by 16 inches. The pieces I got were 5 inch by 16 inches. So they were useless to me. I emailed the company and they had me take a picture showing measurements and email it to them. this I thought was reasonable. I did and they got back to me quickly and said they are cutting new pieces and sending them out to me. They would give me a tracking number when they are sent.
