It is very easy to customize a project, and if further customization not covered by the website is desired, it is easy to send an e mail further detailing those wishes. A customer service representative answered my questions on the phone in a timely manner. My project, clear cast acrylic, arrived exactly to my measurements, looks great, and fit its application to a "T." I will use them for any future plexiglass needs and recommend them highly.
