I just ordered one cut-to-order sheet of Lexan just before a long weekend holiday. I arrived in perfect condition via UPS in a reasonable period of time. The length was a tad long, but within the allowance ShapesPlastics had specified. I ground the edge to correct the length. You may want to order your piece(s) allowing for the tolerance they indicate.

I had not received a tracking order after a few days after ordering, so I called customer service and the very polite lady put e on hold and looked into it. Apparently my item was back ordered and she let me know the material would be in that day. She also said that I should receive a tracking number the following day. Not only did I receive a tracking number but the pleasant last also called me personally to let me know my item was shipped and a tracking number from her. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

plastics were all cut with jagged edges. one piece was not cut to correct size and ive called multiple times to report and always get an answering service.
