Many thanks to Corie,Jacynta and other staff at Abbey Travel .Swords.
We had a wonerful once in a lifetime trip to Australia to see our son and baby grandson and partner who we had not seen in six years.Corie was very patient with us as we are not used to this travel experience, she organised everything ,we kept changing flights and dates until we got it right. If she hadnt have helped us the way she did i dont think we would have made the trip. We highly recommend Abbey Travel and all their wonderful staff. We have wonderful memories of our trip and of course loads of photos.

"Bullies"

Bullies. My payment day changes each month
So i needed a few extra days before paying installment. They are like MONEY LENDERS. they use club travel to collect the money!very rude and no one to escalate a complaint to. I think her name is Valerie or something. Known as not being very nice to her colleagues as i was told by a girl on the phone from club travel. I asked to speak to her superior but was told there was no point. One month i waa a week or so late as i had to pay money to a consultant as my son is nearly fully deaf now. I explained this and she was still rude. Wont be using again

After seeing the reply it reinforces their terrible customer service. My isdue was the woman in question wjo was extrenely rude and there was no one to escalate the issue to. She is rude! And your other staff at club travel think this too apparently.

Without a doubt, Sarah made this trip easy, stress free and the experience of a lifetime. I told her what I wanted and was presented with what turned out to be the most perfect trip. She arranged a safari trip to South Africa for me and my mother (first timers!!) and was always on hand to answer my questions, put my mind at ease and make sure we had ourselves prepared for the trip. Would 100% recommend this company and more so Sarah in the Abbey St office

REF booking 1260891/1 This is a terrible company to deal with, went to the trouble of trying to book a trip to Rome. when i then went to pay the would not except visa card. Most of the time you try to call them nobody to answer the phone terrible experience , Went to Lee Travel all sorted in 20 min. All the hall mark of staff working from home

We were trying to book a holiday with Abbey travel. We requested a call back to book a holiday but the agent didn't ring back until very late in the evening and they were very pushy to get us off the call as they kept saying they were working back so late and didn't seem to go through the booking of it. They promised they would ring back first thing the next day and didn't. When we did get through the cost had doubled and meant we couldn't afford it at the higher cost. Ruined our holiday booking!

This was our first cruise and our group was aged between 21-30, Amy helped to tailor our experience to suit us and took all the hassle out of a dream holiday! Couldn’t recommend enough!

Amy is efficient, fast, and very good at her job. There is no searching for contacts or waiting days and weeks for a return call. You cannot replace the human touch, even if it works out a few hundred euro more it's worth it for peace of mind.
