"Very poor delivery time."

I would have to consider ordering with you again as the delivery period takes to long . Normal when you order online you receive the items within the week, next time I will purchase from other stores.

"Product required faster"

Hi,
Great prices and great service over the phone, but I have to allow 2 weeks when ordering before I get the product. This is far too long, meaning I need to go and buy extra feed to cover the shortfall while I wait for the delivery. Perhaps this is just how it works, but from my perspective it's less than ideal.

Also, I wish I could be shown how to re-order and be invoiced online without having to call Melbourne to get a re-order. The process is not seamless at the minute. This may be partly due to my newness to this kind of operating.

"Poor communication and management of order"

My order should have been delivered in 3-5 days however it took 22 days to arrive. This was due to the vaccines I ordered being out of stock but I wasn't told this until three weeks after ordering, when I was offered an alternative which was fortunately delivered the next day. Once someone looked into the problem properly it was dealt with efficiently.

"Unbelievably slow delivery"

Last time I bought a 1kg pack of herbicide from an online store in Queensland I ordered on Monday and it arrived on Wednesday, 2 days later.
Ordering from "The Farm Store" only an hours drive away, I expected something similar, but instead it took them 19 days to deliver! Three weekends of weed spraying missed. When I rang to see where it was, the excuse was "It has to come from interstate (Queensland)". Right.
I can get stuff in from the US in less than 1/3 that time.
They should at least mark it up on the web site with expected delivery times, like they do on eBay.

after ordering a product and waiting for the suggested time for it to arrive it had not had to ring seller to find out reason would have been nice to receive a call or email to explain why product was not yet sent or even available after all you already had my money!

"TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION!"

I purchased a Brandabull freeze gun with the kit a few years ago. We like the results and decided to brand our personal ranch brand on our cattle. I contacted the Farm Store via their website, to find out how to get the image to them. I received a phone call within an hour asking for my credit card information. Shortly after that, I received an email asking for the image of our brand.
So far, so good, right? Then, the headache ensued! I received an email with an invoice confirming my order for the Brandabull Gun Kit and a Custom Brand! I emailed back and told them that was wrong, and explained that I had simply ordered our personal brand. I received another emailed invoice for the Brandabull Gun Kit! Again, I emailed and said the invoice was wrong and I had ordered our brand only. The last email I received was telling my my order had shipped.
My $100 order now sits at $369 in the last email I received from them. They have not answered any emails I've sent regarding the confusion, so I don't know if they finally got it right, or if I will have to dispute their charges.
Sorry, Farm Store. You lost this customer for future orders.
