"Terrible service"

Terrible service. No correspondence. Had to follow up store several times.
Will not deal with this provider again.
Still waiting on goods to be delivered - over 9 weeks since prdered and paid for

"I have received only one item I ordered…"

I have received only one item I ordered at the beginning of June. It’s now late August and luckily I ordered teats from another store which turned up a week later. All lambs are weened now so thanks for very poor service. Emails are all the same ‘I’ll look into it’. Never will buy from here again.

"Good communication and timely delivery"

Still a bit strange having the 1300 number disconnected. But communication through email was good, the products were delivered by Toll and were as expected. The information recieved (updates) where timely and accurate.

"Bad service"

It took me a year to receive my product from them and I had to send emails chasing it up. I would never use them again or recommend them. Wish I had never ordered from them to start with, what a nightmare.

"Very poor service"

Waited 2 weeks for an order to arrive (to Wagga Wagga, NSW) without any reason. Made 5 attempts over one week to call The Farm Store with engaged signal. Also utilised The Farm Store's online contact page with no response for one week. After now 3 weeks, liked Facebook page and sent a facebook message. The Farm Store did offer reimbursement of postage, however, would take an additional 2 weeks to arrive (5 weeks total) which should have taken 3 days.

Despite a slightly rocky start, I am very happy to be able to review this online store with 5 stars. Yes, it wasn't as fast as some online stores but the main point is that the goods have arrived as ordered. So, as a result, this is a happy customer.
