They are hopeless I ordered & paid for my item on the 5-9-2017. After 6 phone calls they finally posted my item to me over 4 months later on the 10-1-2018.

Have phoned and written complaints and have been told on atleast 5 occasions that it will be fixed.

From the time I ordered it was months until I received the product. Only once I demanded my money back that the item arrived. Very little to no contact, I had to do all the chasing for updates.
Very poor experience and will never order again

Once I chased them up they looked into it.
If i ever get my order I may rethink my current rating

Was sold an item online, then charged extra delivery only to find out item was not in stock and couldn't be told when it would be . After waiting 2 months I cancelled my order after being told I could do so & my money would be refunded shortly. Now nearly 2 months on with no refund & 2 uneventful enquiries I find myself rewarding the farm store 1 star in the hope it might prompt a positive outcome so I don't have to contact the Department of Fair Trading, I won't hold my breathe.

The time spent having to personally chase up every detail of the order. There were numerous times that I was assured someone would call me back in regards to my order been delayed however this never occurred after numerous assurances. Would not order anything from the Farm Store again
