I ordered a pair of Baxter Boots on september 4th, and they were shipped on the 27th october. I sent an email to support, and the first said that they would be shipped on Monday the following week, that was in the middle of September. After 2 weeks with no communication, the boots had not shipped. I sent a strongly worded email to customer service, and received excellent response and apologetic replies from Megan, who chased up the matter for me. The problem was with the baxter warehouse, which had the boots on backorder until the end of October. When the order was filled, it was shipped, and I am still waiting to receive my item. I hope there are no further difficulties with this order, and the item arrives as described. Overall a disappointing experience, offset by Megan's service.
