Took 3 months to deliver our order and only got action after 2 emails, no replies, and 3 phone calls, one of which I was hung up on.
When I finally got on to a person who would help found out they could supply what we originally ordered and had a similar item as a replacement delivered.Still not sure if I have been over charged or undercharged as coiuldn't get a clear indication of the price of the alternative.

It took over 5 weeks to receive an item that was supposed to be in stock. Be careful, it would appear that the "other warehouse" they refer to actually means ordering from suppliers

Bought a product and it was faulty didnt operate properly i had to pay for postage return and then a holding fee 20:/: surely thats not right if it was faulty ill try and fix it myself and ill never buy from them again

Whilst the website indicated that what I ordered was in stock, after 2 weeks of not receiving an email to indicate that my order had been dispatched I contacted The Farm Store and received an email back to advise that they were waiting on delivery from the supplier (so the product wasn't in stock). Another week later and still no indication as to what was happening, so I rang them. I was advised that they were expecting a pallet but it still hadn't arrived and to ring a week later, which I did. On that second call, I asked if I could change the delivery address, which was completed without issue and, on returning from holiday, my parcel had arrived. So, whilst the website was wrong initially, as the product wasn't in stock, the customer service when I rang to follow up and the flexibility of changing delivery address was great. The product itself is also fantastic.
