Staff helpful on the phone but the website said free postage on first order if you subscribe to newsletter which I did. Freight was $19.50 with $14.95 credited back so I paid $4.55 for my free freight. I don't mind that but then I was told I had to pay an extra $20plus for freight as my order was heavy. I advised of free freight and thankfully they left it at the $4.55 I had already paid. Sadly on arrival of my order I was also missing my drontal puppy worming suspension so I am now having to buy that elswhere as the farmstore is not answering today and as shipping took 1 week to arrive (acceptable), I can't afford to wait another week for it. Vic holiday??

Very very slow delivery. After the initial order acknowledgement email nothing happened until I rang to find out where my order was over two weeks after I placed it. I was given the impression on the phone that I was supposed to just wait and wait and wait with no follow up communication from Farm Store,
They did resolve the issue and I did get the goods 4 days after I rang but I get the impression that if I had not rung I would still be waiting.
probably won't order from this company again. It appears to me that they are simply a web site that does not hold stock and orders items in only after they are sold.

Product took over 6 weeks to arrive. We had to keep chasing up the order to find out what was happening. Then got a very brief 'its on its way' most of the time with very little apparent care or concern for the poor service response
