I ordered ear tags for my sheep and paid for them to be numbered with my livestock number and received plain white tag's. Even after talking with the staff about it.

"Poor communication re out of stock item."

What I ordered was out of stock but I was not notified. I had to ask what had happened to the order after several weeks of no delivery. I then heard nothing for another month despite many emails, messages and phone requests for more info. I finally got through on the phone last thrs to find out stock was now in and I would get the order posted Monday. Better communication is needed so customers are kept informed if orders are delayed.

"This experience was not as good as my first"

This experience was not as good as my first. When item order it said it was in stock. After three weeks I contacted them to be told they were still waiting for the item. After multiple calls over a number of weeks it was finally there to be delivered - 8 weeks after being ordered and paid for. I was most disappointed that I had to keep checking back - not actually with the delay. Customer service were lovely each time I spoke with them and sent me a follow-up email each time. In the end they also refunded my postage - but this also took close to a month and a few phone calls to get sorted

Still haven't received my goods which were ordered in August. You have never once contacted me, I have had to chase you each week. Crap service and will never use you again.
