Definitely wont be using or recommending the farm store to anyone

We waited 11 weeks for our delivery with many phone calls to see where it was up to the item was apparently not in stock but we were not informed and the site did not say that it was out of stock. The item was quite expensive so it would have been in good form to let us know what was happening the full price of our order was $2,877.70. Also there was no tracking information on our order.
Also I have been trying to contact them since part of the order arrived and we are still waiting on the other item. The phone is always has an engaged sound.
This is most unacceptable and this has never occurred to us with online purchases before.

The item that I ordered was out of stock. They emailed me to tell me that it would have to be ordered and it could be a couple of weeks before I received it which was OK.
After 2 weeks I enquired about my order and received a response within 3 hrs with the tracking number. All easy enough, no problem.

When I made an enquiry as to when my items would arrive, I was met with excellent customer service by 2 wonderful people. They answered all my questions and explained things thoroughly. In addition, they even sent me personal emails informing me of my orders progress and made reference to the questions I had asked them.
I love the customer service, the products and the ability of these women to communicate on a personal, human level. I would definitely recommend this company to everyone.
