"I have had a poor experience with promises of express shipping"

I have had a poor experience after being asked to pay extra shipping which I was more then happy to do I got told my items would be posted on express shipping this was 2 days ago and I'm yet to receive an email to say it has been shipped so it has been a poor experience, express shipping should have already been at least shipped

"Stay away from this site"

These people advertise items like they are in stock but as soon as you pay they say that might not be the case. Waited 6 weeks for my purchase
To arrive . This was after a paypal claim. Save your money save your sanity stay well away from this site. I believe this is deceptive conduct!!!

"I ordered a product online"

I ordered a product online. After 2 days I received an email that due to the large number of products they stock sometimes product had to be shipped from one warehouse to another and therefor processing my order could take a little longer. In the meantime my credit card was charged for the product and the shipping costs. After 8 days without further updates I called and was told the product was out of stock. They couldn't tell me when it was expected back in. I complained that my card was charged which should not happen if you can't deliver the product. They offered me a similar (more expensive) product instead. Asked whether they would sell me that product for the same price as the product I ordered the answer was: we will give you a 5% (!) discount..... My issues are: 1) they were not telling me the truth about the product not being available. 2) they charged my credit card while they couldn't deliver the product. Both issues could be argued to contravene section 52 of the Trade Practises Act.

I was advised some time ago (after I contacted them) that the item would soon be received. But nothing since then, I have followed up again and heard nothing!
