has taken months to recieve product and when i last followed up i was told the item was there and would i like it sent. sorry wont shop here again. and i hope i receive my order or other actions will be taking place

Terrible service and I'd recommend avoiding. Despite suggesting they have over 300,000 products ready to ship, the reality is they don't stock anything. Its literally the worst shopping experience I've ever had. I purchased a range of products online on the 26th December and then had to make contact with them in January as to where my order was. At this time I was told I'd had to spend a further $200 on delivery. I requested to cancel the order and a refund and was told that no refunds could be processed until February as their accounts people were away. I stupidly paid the addition money and it's now 27th Jan and still waiting. I rang and spoke to someone on the 25th and was advised to call back in 1-2 weeks for an update and that no ETA could bring provided. What a joke.

The Farm Store deserves zero stars. Worst shopping experience of my life. They have stolen my money and lied to me repeatedly. I have not received my order and it has been been four months. I’ve asked for a refund many times (as I’ve since bought the items elsewhere), and each time they have told me it will be refunded, but I’ve received nothing. They are frauds and should not be in business.

It took 5 months for me to receive the product especially with upfront payment and then the Farmstore staff forgot who the product was for, which delayed the product further until I rang them and reminded them.
