"My order was forgotten about by…"

My order was forgotten about by Farmstore and not sent for three weeks. Then with it taking so long delivery was delayed due to the Commonwealth Games. So it took 3 days sort of a month from when my order was placed.

I ordered last August 2017 and had no contact since the day I ordered until yesterday to say my order was ready never again will I order through them

Order was placed on 5th November 2017 it's the 10th of April 2018 and item has just been posted.
Never heard from them in regards to delay. Only when I contacted them did they say they had none in stock.
5 months is ridiculous and appalling. No apology received.

The worst online service I have ever received. I ordered a product, after several months I was told that it was not in stock. A 'request for refund' was submitted. Still no word. Eventually, a smaller item was substituted. No refund ensued. Have to issue another 'request for refund'! As if it is a difficult process....very disappointing.

Spent almost $1700 over 5 weeks ago. Had to call them last Friday as had not seen any products.
Ordered 3 calf pullers for our staff as calving starts very soon but they tell me after 5 weeks none in stock and don’t have an eta
These guys seem to be a call centre, no help and poor response to trying to get some answers. No calls back
They still have my money and the best answer they could come up with is “we can refund your money”

What a pathetic attidude, business model and service- Don’t use them!!!!!!!! Waste of time and have really caused me an issue with the very worst attitude by “call centre” staff
