"Hazardous product "
I've been giving my children the DHA mini drops for 19 months and have just found out from Amazon that the product has been recalled due to hazardous chemicals. The product is for babies from 3 months. This company needs to be investigated immediately.

"Hazardous chemicals "
Been informed that the baby DHA Omega-3 drops contain "hazardous chemicals" and hence have been recalled from Amazon. What's the company's response? Silence. No communications whatsoever. It's a joke - these drops are recommended for BABIES of 3 months +. Disgrace.

"Chemical contamination!!!"
They have today recalled the children's dha suppliment from Amazon because of "chemical contaminents" with no further information - over 5 hours and counting, currently, with huge pressure from consumers. I have been feeding this stuff to my toddler. Any legal action that is actioned against them as a result of the outcome I shall be joining in on. Do not buy from this company.

"Products contained HAZARDOUS CHEMICALS"
Just received an email from Amazon that the Omega 3 Oil from Natures Aid that I have been giving my 5 year old daughter daily for the past 3 years has been recalled due to contamination with HAZARDOUS CHEMICALS.
I actually cannot believe this. Trying to do the best for my little girl and this company has allowed HARMFUL CHEMICALS to fall through their quality assurance and quality control processes.
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

"HAZARDOUS CHEMICALS included in a…"
HAZARDOUS CHEMICALS included in a product - BABY MINI DROPS - that I had been giving to my children! The recall notice was sent out today about an order received months ago! No additional information about the chemicals or why this was sent so late. Outrageous!!!

"I will never put my trust in this company ever again"
I have just spoken to three different associates at Amazon who said they cannot give me any more information on the product recall for Nature’s Aid DHA drops for children and you have not even had the decency to update your customers yourselves. You’re offices are apparently closed but you’re on Facebook and Instagram advertising products instead of informing customers that have been loyal to you and put trust in your products. I have been giving your DHA liquid to my child for the past 18 months and received an email from Amazon today saying that every batch I have ordered from them since 2022 is of concern and contains hazardous substances but they have not explained what and cannot give me answers! This is an absolute disgrace!

"Hazard Chemicals in DHA mini drops!"
Hazard Chemicals in DHA mini drops!
You can’t just instruct a recall and not specify any information. What hazardous chemical? how did it happen? What are the possible implications of our child consuming it as the bottle has now been used up. What are the batch numbers involved?. I will never trust a product you sell again. These are our children you’re messing with. Get it together and give us the information.

"DHA mini drops recall “do not consume”"
I would like to add an update that I have received from Natures Aid. Apparently the email that has been by Amazon has not been worded correctly and it isn’t a “hazardous Chemical”
The ingredients they use has a slightly higher concentration than they would normally use and as a precaution they’ve taken it off the market. Amazon need to seriously look at who is writing these emails as the stress it has caused me and my family is totally unacceptable. Absolutely furious that today I have received an email advising there is a recall on the DHA mini drops. Apparently they “ contain hazardous chemicals!” and not to consume! My 2 year old has been taking these everyday since March!!!
I’ve written to the company to request more information as to what is the hazardous chemical and what long lasting effects it could have. Needless to say I am going to the GP and will then be seeking legal action as this is disgusting!!!
